Top up credits

1 credit = 1 directory submission. Sign-up includes 10 free credits.

Create a submission

Pick your site project and the target sites. Balance is validated up front; sites you already submitted to are excluded.

A worker claims the batch

A VM worker picks up the whole batch atomically. If a worker dies, a releaser hands the batch to another one.

Automated submission per site

The worker visits each site, fills the form and submits — RPA + AI, zero manual work.

Email verification & results

When a site requires email confirmation the worker waits for and completes it. Every result is reported back in real time.

Evidence & billing

Each site gets a screenshot. Credits are deducted per success — failures never cost you.

SkippedPreconditions not met (e.g. no reciprocal link) · free

If a site forces a captcha the worker records it as skipped — no credit is charged.
Sites that require a reciprocal link are skipped when you did not provide a reciprocal page.
Submission ≠ listing. Whether and when a site lists you is decided by its own review — usually 1–30 days. SubmitHive never guarantees listing, and from V1.5 tracks listing status for you.
